We all hold memories and traumas in our tissues and subtle systems, altering and interfering with how we think and feel about the world and ourselves.  Yoga provides another very powerful tool to unlock and free the body from pain, both physical and emotional, encouraging the body’s own system of wisdom and healing to move more freely. 

As a registered Yoga instructor, I can help you utilize the movement of body helping to release old pains, move through stuck places, and activate healing potential and balance.  We often use yoga in session or create tailored strategies for using yoga in your daily self care routine as well as healing tools such as pranayama (regulated breathing exercises) and meditation.
